Over the past thirty-plus years, I have completed dozens of historic preservation projects all across the country. I have worked on historic homes, public buildings, farms, state institutions, military, and industrial sites. I have a deep knowledge of building technology and the history of building materials, and have completed numerous masonry, window, and roofing surveys, comprehensive building evaluations, rehabilitation and stabilization plans, and historic structures reports. I have a strong commitment to collaborative planning, and have worked with more than two dozen communities to find viable new uses for abandoned and underutilized historic buildings.
I have highlighted some of my former projects here, but this is by no means a complete list. For more about me as well as a comprehensive overview of my work, click here.
